Please note: Cat care is a requirement for this sublet. We are looking for a trustworthy cat lover who will enjoy their company and keep up with their simple daily routines. The rent has been adjusted to reflect this pet-care arrangement.

About This Lister

We are a young couple, an artist (he/him) and a doctor (she/her). Brooklyn is our home, and we are the tenants of this Fort Greene studio. We will be away for work this time, so we are posting here ourselves to find someone who will enjoy the space while we are gone. We will be the main point of contact and will coordinate showing the apartment.

What we love most about the studio is how much light it gets and how close it is to the park and neighborhood cafés. It is a cozy, creative spot that feels connected to the community.
