Net rent: $3411 over lease term after $3000 incentive if you move in week of Feb 16.

Lease term: Available February 16, ending June 9 with option to renew (rent-stabilized unit)
Utilities: You pay for electricity (sub-metered) and internet. Water, heat, cooking gas are covered by the building.
Furnishings: Will come unfurnished.
