Hi, I’m Erica! I offer fractional, retainer-based executive support for founders, attorneys, and senior leaders who want steady, senior-level support without hiring full-time staff.
My work often includes:
- Strategic planning and priority setting
- Program and initiative management
- Operational coordination and ongoing execution
- Helping leaders stay organized as work becomes more complex
- Coordinating moving pieces and maintaining continuity across initiatives
- Introducing structure to fast-moving environments
Engagement details:
- Remote, retainer-based support
- Typically 10–20 hours per week per client
- Most engagements are structured as monthly retainers rather than hourly work
- Limited number of clients to ensure consistency and depth
- Rates reflect scope and cadence, with fit discussed upfront
This service is a good fit for leaders who value discretion, clear communication, and dependable execution, especially during periods of growth or transition.
I’m based in New York City and recently returned to client work after a brief sabbatical focused on family life. I’m a mom, and stepping away from full-time corporate work allowed me to be more intentional about how I work and the kinds of partnerships I take on.
I came to this work through years of supporting leaders in communications and operations roles. What I enjoy most is being a steady presence for people who are juggling a lot, someone who can think ahead, anticipate needs, and help work move forward smoothly.
Offering this service on a fractional basis allows for deeper, more thoughtful partnerships. It lets me support leaders in a focused, sustainable way while staying aligned with my own priorities.
I’ve been doing this work for over a decade, supporting senior leaders across media, startups, agencies, and higher education before spending several years at HubSpot as a Senior Program Manager of Executive Communications.
At HubSpot, I partnered closely with senior executives across the Partner Program and Ventures team, supporting sensitive communications, coordinating complex initiatives, and building systems that helped leaders stay focused on priorities. That experience continues to shape how I approach this work, with an emphasis on judgment, discretion, and trust.
This work does not require formal licenses, but it relies heavily on experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with care.
