Hello!

I'll be in Greece from mid-April till the end of May and am hoping to find a subletter for most or all of that time.

It's a pretty spacious one-bedroom with a massive balcony and incredible incredible views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The pictures don't really capture it, but hopefully they can give you some idea.

I just moved into this apartment in October, but I've lived in the area for years and love it. It's where Bedstuy, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights meet, so feels very central, and there are tons of great restaraunts, cafes and bars nearby. The apartment itself is also right above a Lincoln Market, which is so convenient.

If you're into walks, Von King, Fort Greene and Prospect Park are all just about a mile away, as is, perhaps my favorite place in the city, The Brooklyn Botanic Garden. I have dual a membership, and you can use it while I'm gone.

For transportaion, the apartment is on the same block as the Franklin Avenue C and Shuttle stop. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Nostrand Ave express A and fifteen minutes to the Bedford Nostrand G.

What else? There's central AC; washer/dryer in the building; very friendly doormen; a gym around the block; again, great views.

Also, the aparmtnet is pretty minimalist, since I travel often and just moved in, but it has all the essentials—desk, bookshelf, futon, kitchenware, record player, piano. And if you feel the need to redecorate or re-arrange things, you're more than welcome!
