I’m an ontological life coach. As part of my practice, I offer free 60m coaching sessions to people who haven’t worked with me before. This really helps with referrals/networking and it honestly just invigorates my job because I meet new people and feel like I’m contributing to the world! Of course if you wanted to work with me long term, I’d let you know how to do that.

Hi, I’m Anna. I grew up on a little island off the coast of Massachusetts, went to college in Ohio, and spent nearly a decade in New York City before moving upstate this year. I believe in collective care, and I want my people and yours to thrive.

I left my full-time job last October to start my full-time coaching practice. It's been a wild ride.

I’m not here to fix you. (I've tried that myself, and I don't recommend it!) I’m here to help you trust your voice and create the kind of direction that feels both honest and unmistakably yours.
