We are looking for freelance gardeners to join us for the end of the 2025 season. This time frame will run from now to mid-December.
A good fit for the role is someone who is punctual, follows directions, familiar with working hard with a group, and likes being outside. As temperatures will dip into the 40's, expect to work outside in winter gear for extended periods.
Must be able to carry up to 50lbs. Current driver's license and experience driving a cargo van a huge plus. Those with experience installing bulbs or building out evergreen bough displays are encouraged to apply.
We are hiring for immediate work on a freelance basis. Work can range from 15hrs - 30hrs a week depending on our need and your experience. Our day usually starts at 8 or 9am and ends at 4 or 5pm depending on daylight. We are looking for people that can work whole day shifts Monday through Friday.
Starting pay is $23 hr. Candidates with solid horticulture background in ornamental gardening will be considered for a higher hourly after demonstrating their knowledge on site. Candidates will be asked to work a paid try-out day to ascertain their ability to follow directions.
