Location: NYC area (remote-friendly; local retailer visits required)
Type: Freelance / Part-Time (10 hours/week to start)
Compensation: $23–30/hour + 5% commission on wholesale sales
Role Overview:
-We’re seeking a proactive, independent Wholesale Sales Coordinator to grow our retailer base and manage wholesale relationships. Wholesale growth takes time, so the role begins with hourly pay and evolves toward greater commission-based earnings as sales volume increases.
Responsibilities:
-Research and identify retailers aligned with the Ferné brand
-Build and manage a targeted list of wholesale prospects
-Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person NYC visits
-Present collections and onboard new retail partners
-Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts
-Handle all inbound wholesale sales inquiries
-Track outreach, follow-ups, and sales activity
Qualifications:
-Interest or experience in wholesale / B2B sales
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
-NYC-based (or nearby) with availability for local retailer visits
Hours & Growth:
-10 hours/week to start
-Compensation structure reviewed at 6 and 12 months
-Opportunity to grow hours, commission, and responsibility over time
