I’m subletting my apartment in Friedrichshain. The space features one bedroom, two bathrooms, and an open kitchen/living area with a dining table. An elevator takes you directly to the 5th floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment includes a washer/dryer and a dishwasher for your convenience.
Enjoy the terrace, which serves as an extension of the living space - perfect for morning meditation or stargazing in the evening. The apartment also has a bathtub and a projector for cozy movie nights.
It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Frankfurter Allee U5 subway stop and the S-Bahn. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafés, gyms, and markets. I’ll provide a list of my favorite spots and neighborhood highlights before your arrival so you can make the most of your stay.
I’m ideally looking for a long-term tenant for several months, but weekly rentals are also possible. Rent is $2,000 per month or $900 per week, with all utilities included (Wi-Fi, heat, electricity). Flexible arrangements can be discussed.
I am a writer and healing arts practitioner (in training). I recently moved to Berlin from Brooklyn.
