I travel for work a lot so I tend to like my place very neat so I don’t have to return home to a mess. So please be mindful of that when applying. Other than that I’m not strict on you having other people over- the space is essential yours while your staying. You can be noisy as the neighbors are all very chill and won’t bother you.
