We are renting our incredible ranch home in Boiceville, NY (Olive) - open to shorter term as well.

The house comes fully furnished and has all kitchen supplies. The house is heated by oil heat and renter will be given one full tank for the year. There is A/C in the main bedroom and a ceiling fan in the kitchen. Renter will pay for electricity/internet and propane for cooking + excess oil.

The appliances are older but work perfectly (you know those 80s/90s machines are indestructible). Both bathrooms are newly renovated with lots of storage in a closet and under the sinks. All 3 bedrooms have closets. We use the 3rd room (not pictured) as a laundry room/spill over room but are happy to send pics to those seriously interested.

The house is located in an amazing area with access to Kingston and Woodstock and Phoenicia Diner about a 7 minute drive. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the house is protected on two sides by DEP land so for sure you will see bears and bunnies and deer.

We run a business in NYC and unfortunately are not using the house enough so are looking for someone/a family to rent longer term.
