The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up, great for 1 person or a couple moving to NYC. It's cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment comes equipped with everything you need including wifi, apple TV, stand up desk etc.

Utilities are included in the rent.

The bedroom faces the back of the building and is very quiet.

My apartment is centrally located in the east village, close to the L train, Union Square and Astor place. The neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants, bars, 3 laundromats within 1 block, Trader Joes 3 blocks away.

Looking for a clean, tidy, responsible professional who will be respectful of the apartment and my neighbors.
