I am looking for a quiet and responsible tenant or couple to sublet my fully-furnished 1 BR apt in East Williamsburg for 4-5 months (somewhat flexible end date ). Fully furnished and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need, completely turn-key.

$2650/month (INCLUDES ALL UTILS (including wifi) although abnormally excessive use will be required to pay any additional costs) - fully furnished with everything you need including fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am looking for someone extremely responsible, enjoys a quiet peaceful home, and will take great care of my apartment. Please do not apply if you are someone who enjoys hosting parties and playing loud music. This is a small building with QUIET and very respectful amazing neighbors.

Ideal start date/move-in would be Jan 1st, but I can be flexible for if you need it slightly sooner. Sub-lease to end May 2026 (exact date is somewhat flexible).

--walking distance to Bushwick nightlife/bars/restaurants as well as East Williamsburg hotspots. Easy train ride to prime Williamsburg as well as the city.
--full disclosure, this building is surrounded by quite a few NYCHA (public housing) buildings. There is a fair share of people who regularly hang out on the sidewalk and in front of the corner bodega which is close to my building entrance. In the 6+ years I have lived here as a single female, I have never had a problem but I just want to give you the full heads up in case that at all bothers you, then this is not the sublet for you.
