Sublet Details:
Available: June 1 (my preference would be to find a roommate to sign for the year).
Flexible dates available, just ask! I'm happy to discuss if you need to move in earlier or for a shorter time frame. Rent will be prorated.
Maintaining shared spaces, especially the kitchen, is important. Please keep in mind this is a quiet building, no parties, photo, or video shoots.
Additional Notes:
The apartment has recently been repainted and updated, ensuring a fresh, welcoming space. Photos reflect the apartment prior to these updates, but the layout remains unchanged.
Open House: I’ll be hosting viewings via video call. I'm open to in-person viewings most likely on the weekends although I may be able to accommodate the evening during the week. Let me know if you'd like to stop by. Preference given to long-term sublets, though shorter stays (two months or more) can be discussed.
Let me know if you have any questions!
I’m an artist who has called Bed-Stuy home for the past eight years, and I truly love this neighborhood. Our block has such a warm and inviting vibe. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and it’s a wonderful place to live. The summer is great because we always have block parties!
I share this beautiful space with my medium-sized, sweet dog, who’s more like a cat, she's quiet, and rarely barks. You’ll hardly notice she’s here, and she’s not allowed on the furniture.
I’m looking to room with someone who will enjoy this space as much as we do.
50% of the rent is due upon signing to secure the sublet, with the remaining 50% due upon move-in. Rent will be prorated.
Security Deposit: $1,650, fully refundable to be paid out via Zelle within 7-14 days, provided there are no major damages.
Cleaning Fee: A standard $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
Utilities: Water, gas, heat, electricity, high-speed WiFi, and household supplies are all included.
To ensure a smooth and transparent arrangement, we’ll draft a simple, standard agreement to outline all the details.
