This apartment offers the best of Bronx Little Italy living. I have 10 months left on my lease, but my landlord is willing to substitute a new tenant. He is very kind and easy to work with.

Transportation: B/D subway at Grand Concourse. Metro North Fordham Road station is a 11-minute ride to Grand Central. New CitiBike stations with electric Citi bikes.

Another favorite weekly venture is usually to the Arthur Ave Retail Market, if you’ve never been it’s an open air old-world atmosphere market filled with fresh produce, pastries and authentic Italian foods.
