- Brownstone charm but with modern interior (dishwasher/disposal, in unit washer/dryer)
- 5min walk to Clinton-Washington C train or Franklin St A/C stop
- 10min walk to Classon G train stop
- Neighborhood has tons of cute coffeeshops (smor, prima, coffeeland), bars (hartley's, commune) and restaurants (the fly, aita)
- My roommates and I (31M, 32F, 29F) are all friendly working professionals and keep the apartment super cozy and clean
My room:
- Queen bed + desk
- Will empty my dresser + provide ample closet space
Sublease context:
- I have a ski lease in Tahoe so I'll be out of town for the winter! Would love to sublease my room for Jan+Feb. Dates can be somewhat flexible. My rent is 2k/mo.
