Hi! I’m looking to sublet my apartment in West Hollywood for at least 6 months (open to longer).

The location is honestly one of the best parts. You’re in the heart of WeHo, super walkable to places like The Grove, Alfred Coffee, Urth Caffé, Melrose Place, etc. But at the same time, the street itself feels like a little oasis...quiet, tree-lined, and really peaceful, which is rare for the area!!!

The apartment is in a small 5-unit building (not a high-rise), and this unit is its own space, meaning no one above or below you, which makes it feel very private. There is one flight of stairs (14 steps to be exact) to access the unit.

It’s a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom layout with:
-a balcony
-hardwood floors throughout
-lots of closet space (including a walk-in closet in the hallway + another in the primary bedroom)
-two full bathrooms (one has a bathtub)
-and plenty of natural light

The apartment comes fully furnished and fully equipped, so it’s very easy to move right in. The primary bedroom is fully set up, and the second bedroom is currently used as an office but can be used as a bedroom (you would just need to bring/provide a bed).

-AC in the living room
-Laundry on site
-Two dedicated tandem parking spots + free street parking with no permit (huge for this area)
-All utilities included in the price (including WiFi)
-No pets, please

I’m looking for someone who will take good care of the space — ideally a working professional with stable income, good credit, and references!!!

It’s one of those places that just feels really good to live in. The neighbors are incredible... respectful and quiet. I have a great relationship with the landlord and he is happy to help me find someone to take care of the apartment while I am gone...
