About This Lister

My husband and I own the building. We live in Brooklyn. We have a general contractor and a building manager who take care of maintenance but we are fully hands-on and overseeing it.
We are currently traveling and the current tenant will show the apartment.

Rental requirements

1st month rent and one month deposit to move in. 
Renter's insurance recommended.

Must have solid credit and income history.

We will require at least 3 of following for rental application: 
(1) Proof of income 
(2) Last two pay stubs 
(3) Two years tax return 
(4) Bank statements.

We are showing the apartment to only serious inquiries only due to volume of inquires. It requires providing us at least one document from the above list to make an appointment.

After we verify info we will arrange the viewing with the current tenant directly.
