The apartment is beautifully decorated with velvet couches and chairs, a faux fur rug, and a large TV perfect for hosting and movie nights. The subtle but intentional details of the apartment make it a unique living experience in Bushwick, with an exposed brick fireplace, an art gallery wall with art pieces from all around the world, and a fully equipped workstation with a standing desk and ergonomic work chair.

Sleeping quarters/bedroom—dark and peaceful, featuring a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a clothing rack, dresser, bench, and shoe rack.

The compact kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel cookware, and a small espresso machine.

There are 2 washers and dryers in the basement, which are available for use Monday-Thursday.

Located near cafes, bars, groceries, and nightlife along Myrtle and Broadway, the space balances convenience, comfort, and community for someone looking to live, work, and relax in one place.

This is a polycule homestead (building) shared by two couples (a husband, wife, and children).

This apartment is our primary residence. Please be mindful that you are entering our lived-in space and treat the apartment, our belongings, and our relationship with care and respect.
