This is a polycule homestead (building) shared by two couples (a husband, wife, and children).

This apartment is our primary residence. Please be mindful that you are entering our lived-in space and treat the apartment, our belongings, and our relationship with care and respect.

Rental requirements

- Credit score of 680 or higher; a link will be provided for landlord review.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Must maintain a tidy space.
- A 50% refundable security deposit is required.
- The sublessee shall not assign this sublease or sublet the premises.
- Shoes off household.
- Noise Level: Tenant must keep the noise levels at a reasonable level at all times to avoid disrupting neighbors.
- Never step on the living room rug with the shoes or slippers on.
- If there is no damage of any kind, if nothing is lost, after the end of the term and after the inspection, the tenant will receive back the given deposit in full.
- Violation of House Rules: Malicious and repeated violation of any of these house rules may result in an immediate termination of the sublease agreement.
