We're a young couple looking to rent our apartment in Williamsburg. Our unit is in a luxury building across from Lilia (iconic Italian restaurant), a 2-min walk to McCarren Park, and a 7-min walk from both the Bedford and Metropolitan/Lorimer L and G train stops. We're about an 18 min walk from the JMZ.
Our third-floor unit is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, A/C + heating, walk-in closet, and handheld shower. The building offers a gym, 24-hr doorman, and Amazon locker for secure package storage. There's also an online portal for maintenance requests, which are tended to within 24 hours. We love the team here!
We get our apartment professionally cleaned biweekly, are smoke-free, and have no pets.
