The unit has central heat and air. Fully equipped with all the amenities you need including hi speed internet. The rooms has a dresser, closet and a desk. Just bring your personal belongings and you'll feel right at home! You will need to bring your bed linens and towels.

Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and all the pots + pans you need. The bedroom is fully furnished with bed, dresser, end tables and a desk. The washer and dryer is on the lower level and shared with myself and the tenant on the second floor.

This is a quiet home. Myself and the 2nd floor tenant (social psychologist who does counseling sessions online) work from home and I am looking for a clean, respectful and non disruptive apartment mate.

There is a beautiful shared backyard oasis with a deck, fire pit and dining table (wifi also reaches to the backyard) in spring/summer/fall.

All utilities are included.

This bedroom is available for a 1 one person occupancy (female preferred). The apartment would be shared with me and I'm a professional female in her 40s who travels frequently for work and live in Manhattan part time.

Unfortunately, pets aren't accepted. However, small pets are accepted if you rent the entire apartment which is listed separately under the apartments section.
