Big, sunny, and comfortable apartment. I'm pricing this below market so I can find a responsible, clean, and communicative person to take care of my place. No cats.

- Doorman building with a full gym, lounge area for co-working, and beautiful roof.

- 6 minute bike ride to Prospect Park.
- Floor-to-ceiling windows, facing east (beautiful sunrises)
- Blackout curtains, Sonos speakers, projector and screen.
- In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher.
- Huge living room with expandable dining table and a floor desk / meditation cushion.
- Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Prospect Heights, Park Slope, and Fort Greene.
