Starting December 17, this idyllic, spacious, sunny one bedroom apartment will be available to sublet for 6 months with the possibility of taking over the lease. $2,800 a month covers rent, high speed internet and ALL utilities. Bedding (for both the queen-size bed & the twin-size fold-out futon bed), cleaning supplies, all kitchen/dining supplies (including a fancy toaster oven, microwave, juicer, dutch oven, etc), a printer/copier/scanner and a film projector are provided. The plants, books, artwork, disco ball and keyboard can stay or be removed before you arrive. If you're interested in fewer or more months, let me know. My dates might be flexible.

The building has an elevator. There is Wifi, 2 AC units in the bedroom (12 x 18 ft) and the living room (18 x 11 ft). There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a twin size futon bed and a long comfy couch in the living room. The bedroom shelves, dressers and 2 hallway closets will be completely cleared before you arrive.

Very convenient location: 3 blocks from southeast corner of Prospect Park, 4 minute walk to Q train, one block from 2 laundromats, 2 blocks from 2 grocery stores, 20 minute train ride to put your toes in the sand and see the ocean at Brighton Beach, 20-25 minutes to Manhattan, 12 minutes train to Barclays Center/Atlantic Terminal.
