Why I'm subletting:

I've moved out a month early but all of my furniture is still in the unit so I'm putting it up here in hopes I can have someone stay for the month of January before I move everything out officially!

About the apartment and building:

This is a studio apartment with a waterfront view of the Hudson. The view, as you may imagine, is truly lovely. The apartment itself is renovated, has central air, stainless steel appliances. It is a long studio and the layout means that your main bed and living area are very well lit. There are three large enclosed closets.

The building is very nice — attended 24/7 by doormen, with two elevators, a gym in the building, laundry in the cellar, and a rooftop deck.

About the furniture:

All of the furniture is excellent quality. The bed is from Floyd (with a headboard!), the shelves and desk are from Design Within Reach, the corner Togo is genuine Ligne Roset (not a dupe), and the couch is from Hem.

I run a small design firm here in the city. I am an avid reader (books not included) and enjoy as clean a space as possible, with lots of light to wake up to. I'm the current tenant of this unit and you'll be in contact with me for whatever questions you have about the unit.
