750 sq ft. one bedroom in a newer building with elevator. Apartment has: in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range, central heat & air, small private balcony and shared courtyard, on-site gym, and 24-hour on-duty security. There is also a work from home area with a docking station, lighting, etc. One block (3 min walk) to Kingston-Throop C train or 10 minute walk to Nostrand A stop.

Apartment comes furnished as it is a short-term sublet. I can clear out space in the closet or in drawers upon request. Sublet is available for 2.5 weeks at $600 per week or $1,300 for the entire length of availability (12/16-1/3). Utilities are included. I prefer to rent for whole listed time but am flexible.
