Apartment has: in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas range, central heat & air, small private balcony and shared courtyard, on-site gym, and 24-hour on-duty security. There is also a work from home area with a docking station, lighting, etc. One block (3 min walk) to Kingston-Throop C train or 10 minute walk to Nostrand A stop.

Apartment comes furnished as it is a short-term sublet. I will clear out space in the closet and drawers.. Sublet is available for the month of April for $2,500, with utilities, including Verizon 5G Fios. I prefer to rent for whole listed time but can be flexible.
