Available March 1 2026 - July 1 2026 with an option to extend.

Ideal for an individual or couple, and looking for clean and quiet people who don't party (small quiet dinner parties are ok!) and will be respectful of the space and furniture.

We are going to be living overseas for a bit and are renting out 1 of 2 rooms in the apartment. The second bedroom will be closed (used as storage for our personal items). We may need access to the apartment a couple of times during your stay but we'd coordinate that with you. The apartment will be yours.

• We'll leave the place prepped based on your need for stuff vs/space (books, spices, records, vs empty shelves + cabinets)

About the neighborhood

• Centrally located in a desirable neighborhood in north Brooklyn

• 1.5 blocks to the L train (Jefferson stop), which is a 20 minute direct shot to Union Square in Manhattan

• 15 minute walk to Myrtle/ Wycoff stop on the M/J/L

• Easy street parking

• Climbing Gym (MetroRock) and Michelin rated Thai (Tong) directly across the street, and coffee shops, bakeries, bars, notable restaurants, grocery stores, weight lifting gym, BJJ/Muay Thai gym within a couple of blocks

• A quiet and cozy but lively block in a lively neighborhood. I've been living in this neighborhood for 17 years and can say this really is the best block in Bushwick for its cuteness and proximity to everything you could imagine

Cats and other pets welcome! Sorry, no dogs even though we love them too.
