We are therfore helping the landlords fill the last 3 weeks of October!
Oct 10-31 = $2300 all included (heat, gas, hot water, internet, electricity // discount price!)
After this period, the apartment is available on a month to month basis or a medium term length (1 to 6 months, or more!).
From Nov 1 = $3500/mo (all incl. except electricity)
Documents the Landlord will ask for (depending on stay length):
- One month security deposit (flexible for shorter term) and first month
- Government issued ID
- Credit check (if applicable)
- Proof of income or funds
- Two most recent pay stubs/bank statements, tax returns
- Previous landlord reference and contact information
