The apartment has a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen, with two closets for storage. It gets nice natural light and has a warm, comfortable feel that’s great for everyday living.

The space comes fully furnished and includes a bed, couch, dining/work table, and essential kitchen setup. Appliances and extras include a coffee machine, air fryer, AC unit, air purifier, and basic cleaning supplies. Bedsheets and kitchenware (pots/pans, etc.) are also provided.

Utilities (gas, electricity, and internet) are included, with average monthly usage ranging from $120–$200. Heat is included.

Laundry is available in the building, and the apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the subway, with easy access to neighborhood shops, grocery stores, and cafes.

Cats are welcome, but no dogs please.

The apartment is currently occupied through March 31, and I will be coordinating showings in advance with notice.

This is my apartment, and I’m looking for someone to sublet it while I’m away for a few months. I take good care of my space and am hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same level of care and respect.

I’ll be the main point of contact throughout the sublet and will coordinate showings in advance with the current occupant. I’m communicative, organized, and easy to reach if anything comes up during your stay.
