Spacious apartment on a quiet street, but Flatbush Ave is right outside the building for everything you could need. Five minutes from Prospect Park subway station and the park itself. The apartment has sit/stand convertible desks and very fast Verizon Fios wifi.

No laundry in the building but there is a laundromat right across the street. Pets are okay but no smoking, no parties please. Third floor with elevator.
