Spacious apartment on a quiet street, but Flatbush Ave is right outside the building for everything you could need. Directly across the street from Prospect Park subway station and the park itself. The apartment has sit/stand convertible desks and very fast Verizon Fios wifi. No laundry in the building but there is a laundromat right across the street. Pets are okay but no smoking, no parties please. Fourth floor with elevator.
