The apt is a sun-filled penthouse 2-bedroom, 2-bath with modern furnishings, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air. The apartment occupies the top two floors of a newly constructed building. The bottom has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and sunny balcony. The top floor has a bedroom, bathroom, and huge terrace with fantastic views, outdoor furniture and grill.

The bottom floor bedroom has a queen murphy bed and large closet and is currently used as a modular office and guest bedroom. The top floor bedroom is used as the primary bedroom, with a door leading to the terrace giving the room a garden feel. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup so be prepared for some steps.

You’ll be living in historic Prospect Lefferts Gardens, known for friendly neighbors, hip cafes and bars, and quiet streets. Just a 5 minute walk to the 2 & 5 trains, and a 15 minute walk to the B & Q trains, Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
The space will come furnished but with all of my personal belongings removed. I’m open to leaving some plants and decorations if they please you!
