A furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 Bath garden apt in a newly renovated brownstone on a quiet block in Bed-Stuy. The apt has access to a large private backyard and an additional basement level living room.
The apt is located on Greene Ave between Garvey and Throop. Two blocks to Herbert Von King Park and a 15-20 mins walk to the G, A, C, J and M.
The second bedroom is used as my studio. It would be best to be used as an office. The basement is a comfortable space to house guests.
Utilities included up to $500. The space is heated/cooled by 4 wall units which can be expensive if run constantly.
Would be willing to sublet for a minimum of 5 months.
