About This Lister
We are an academic family leaving Los Angeles for a one-year sabbatical and are looking to sublet our home during that time. This is a space we have lived in and cared for, and we are hoping to find a responsible tenant who will treat it with the same care.

Available starting August 1 for a minimum 9-month stay (up to 12 months). Shorter stays are not being considered at this time. Rent is $6,000 per month, including utilities and high-speed internet. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Prospective tenants will be asked to provide references and basic financial information (proof of income or equivalent). Maximum occupancy is three. A standard sublease agreement will be required.
This is a furnished home intended for long-term residential use. Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep during their stay. Optional cleaning services can be arranged.
No smoking. No pets.
