A bright, thoughtfully furnished two-bedroom with a dedicated office and flexible second room, set in a quiet, private corner of Ridgewood.
The apartment is a full floor of a two-unit building and sits in the last building on a cul-de-sac, so it’s especially peaceful and removed from street noise.
The primary bedroom is large and includes an attached office area—ideal for working from home. The second room is set up as a lounge with a comfortable fold-out sofa that can easily function as a second bedroom.
There’s great natural light throughout, tall ceilings, a welcoming living area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The space is fully furnished and designed to be simple, functional, and easy to settle into, with a thoughtful collection of contemporary art and books throughout.
Less than 5 minutes to the M train and about 10–15 minutes to the L. One block from some of Ridgewood's most popular coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops.
Looking for someone who will enjoy and take care of the space. Best suited for a professional or couple seeking a calm, well-maintained home, and who will be respectful of the artwork and objects in the apartment.
