Welcome to my home! I'm in love with this apartment but I'm traveling for a few months and looking for a person or a couple to take care of it while I'm gone.

Apartment: Enjoy this spacious and airy industrial loft located in an old factory building. The apartment is on the north-east side of the second floor with huge windows filling the room with warm light all day (and blackout curtains when you want it). With original wood flooring and tin ceilings, this space is full of cozy and creative energy to work, play, and relax. Enjoy a fully furnished apartment with a stocked kitchen, queen-sized bed, air mattress for guests, oversized sectional, dining table, heater, and bathtub/shower in unit. The space also features a full standing desk perfect for working from home, as well as a 65” TV (with all of the streaming services 😉).

Building: You’ll find laundry, a coffee shop, an outdoor courtyard, and plenty of common areas in the building. Trash has to be walked out to the courtyard.

Transportation: Getting around the area is a breeze—a 4m walk to the Morgan L stop gets you into Manhattan in just 15m, while the B57 bus just outside the door will shuttle into downtown Brooklyn or Queens.

Neighborhood: Located just between Williamsburg and Bushwick, you’ll enjoy restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, movie theaters, and parks all around the neighborhood.
