Furnished, Quiet, Sunny, back room of a two bedroom 2nd floor walk up near Nassau G. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there is privacy. The room is modestly sized with limited storage and would be best for folks with less belongings.

The building has a washer/dryer in the basement that is free for use. We also have roof access for quiet gatherings. We are a very respectful, friendly, building and I would like to maintain this with any new tenants.

Common areas are truly common and are also shared with two cats. I like to keep the area tidy and the dishes clean. I haven't had an issue with "critters" in 8 years and I'd like to keep it that way!

Preferable to folks with 9-5ish schedules but as long as the common areas are gentle between midnight-9AM, I can make it work.
