1 bedroom fully furnished in a 2 bedroom duplex in Mid-City. Top floor unit with lots of natural light. Hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and a backyard. Street parking is easy and the neighborhood is quiet and residential. Close to LACMA, the Grove. Walkable to coffee and groceries.

The bedroom has a bed, small dresser, bookshelf and desk. Utilities and WiFi included.

I live here and will be in and out, but will be traveling over the holidays. I have a small dog who is extremely friendly, so unfortunately no additional pets. Only real request is to water the plants while I am gone! Stay can be flexible but must end on Dec 31.

I am a producer in Los Angeles with a fairly quiet daily rhythm. I work a lot and tend to hang out at home in the evenings. I am a committed sofa rotter with a deep love of TV and my small and very charming dog. Every now and then I will host a game night, movie night, or a deep gossip sesh with friends.
