Hi, I’m Bella (she/her) — the owner of this loft. I’m a product designer based in New York, now living in Queens with my partner. I called this home for three years, and after a full renovation in late 2023/early 2024, it became a space that feels both fresh and deeply personal.

I love art and interior design, and I’ve curated the apartment to be stylish yet cozy — a place that feels lived-in, not staged. I’m looking for thoughtful tenants, whether short-term or long-term, who will appreciate the character and care that went into making this loft a home.
