The main living space offers a generously sized desk (with Herman Miller Aeron Chair), a super comfortable and cozy couch, and a 4K 50" TV mounted to an articulating arm that allows you to watch from any corner of the space (you can even use it as a computer monitor or for video editing). Hidden inside a cabinet along the wall is a premium Murphy bed, with a high-end Sealy mattress that will give you an amazing night's sleep (as well as built in LED night-lights for reading or watching TV in bed).

There is a sun-filled kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials, as well as a small table & breakfast nook.

A large private deck awaits outside the kitchen. Here you can truly enjoy what makes LA special, with a super-sized outdoor sectional that's as suitable for working from home on your laptop, as it is to whiling away the early evenings with a glass of wine (it's pretty amazing for morning coffee too). An 8' cantilever 360-degree rotating umbrella gives you the option of shade at any time of day, while warm Edison bulbs create a perfect oasis after dark.

A large closet has ample storage space for clothes, suitcases and belongings. And within that closet is your own combo washer/dryer for doing laundry at home.

And location, location, location. The house is a walker's paradise, in one of the most vibrant, walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Across the street from iconic Lady Byrd cafe; two blocks from a mini-supermarket; a 10-minute walk to Edendale Crossing with Canyon coffee, Valerie, Cookbook, Bacetti, etc; and a 20-minute walk to bustling Sunset Blvd with tons of bars, restaurants, yoga, pilates, gyms, cleaners, UPS, the Echo Park Farmers Market every Friday -- in short, one of the most vibrant, walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
