I’m renting out my house for the summer and ideally looking for someone to take the full period.

The house is fully furnished and filled with original details—it really feels like a lived-in home, not a rental.

First bedroom: queen-size bed
Second bedroom: kids’ room with a bunk bed—perfect if you have two kids, one child, or even works well as a single bed setup

Location:

3 short blocks to the A train (Utica stop) — about 20 minutes to Manhattan
Half a block from Chez Oskar, Nana Ramen, Milk & Pull, and Laziza Listening Bar
A few blocks to Saraghina, Peaches, and local grocery stores

Super convenient area with lots of cafés, wine bars, and easy grocery shopping nearby.
