* Jan rent due on signing an agreement, and keys exchange.
* Dates are Jan 1st — End of Jan, possibly longer since we’ll be traveling there is some flexibility in this arrangement depending on your needs, some flexibility on the front end too. We leave on Dec 23rd so must be organized before then.
* No security deposit; instead you will sign an agreement that you will cover any damages during your stay, we will provide you with a punchlist of items to acknowledge.
