Apartments for Sublet

Subletting our beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment from December 6 to Jan 15 (flexible dates), as we travel for research. Situated in the first floor, it is fully furnished, with multiple work stations and closets, as well as a comfortable air mattress for extra guests. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a large TV and the apartment is full of plants. There is a friendly super to help out with anything. We would prefer couples or individuals for the sublet.

Located in the heart of the historic Prospect Lefferts Garden neighbourhood, the apartment is surrounded by grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is a family friendly yet fun neighbourhood, with a large Carribean community. The best bit: it is a short walk away from Prospect Park and the Flatbush Avenue full of a range of restaurants and shops. Two minute walk to subway lines 2/5 and 10 mins walk to B/Q, that take you to Manhattan in under 30 minutes and are well connected to other parts of Brooklyn.

-15 minute walk to *Prospect Park*

-2 minute walk to 2 and 5 Sterling subway station

-12 minute walk to B and Q Prospect Park subway station

-Cafes (Hamlet, Miss Barb's, PLG cafe), restaurants, bars (Bar Bayeux, Anything Bar, The Bobbed Bandit) and grocery stores -- a lot to enjoy during the summer, specially on Flatbush Avenue, Nostrand and Rogers.

Looking For: Couples or individuals preferably. We prefer people who are clean and will respect the space, while they are comfortable and enjoy their stay.
