It is situated in a building complex which includes a gym and coworking space. It also offers access (within the building complex) to a rooftop with an unbeatable view of the Manhattan skyline. It is situated on the third floor in a walk-up building. (Apologies, the building does not have an elevator).

The apartment will be available for move-in somewhere between October 1-15th, depending on when we submit your application. Tenants require Board approval.

The apartment comes furnished with a kitchen table, velvet couch, bed, bedside tables, dresser, and coffee tables. Some pieces can possibly go into storage if you definitely don’t want them, but I’d like the majority of furniture to remain. This past year’s tenants, Paloma and Sebastián, did a beautiful job arranging the space!

You will be a ten-minute walk from Ditmars Boulevard, which has a host of restaurants, and a five-minute walk from 30th Avenue in Astoria, one of the busiest avenues in the neighborhood with a plethora of grocery stores and restaurants.

The building and neighborhood are very family-friendly and ethnically and geographically diverse with many languages spoken.
