We have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment in beautiful Silverlake. Walking distance to 4100 Bar, Intelligentsia, Tacos Delta and Los Feliz, etc.

Furnished primary bedroom with full private bath is available August 1st. Parking spot included, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED- $1,550 a month flat. Preferably looking through January or longer, but open to shorter.

We're also a few blocks to the busses and subway.

Quick deal breakers:
No pets allowed due to the lease and allergies.
No smoking or vaping anything indoors (even in your room)- the central AC circulates the scents throughout the entire apartment.
The rooms are for one person each, not couples, throuples, or polycules haha we like just 3 people living here.

If that works for you-

Bedroom has blackout curtains, king size bed, and an air purifier / white noise machine and most of the other items pictured. Walk in closet.

I recently installed new a dimmable light fixture and added a fresh coat of paint.

Really nice neighborhood near Sunset and Virgil. A short drive to Hollywood, Downtown/Koreatown, Glendale. etc. A few blocks from the Metro (Train and Bus), and Vons, Erewhon, great restaurants and bars, hot yoga, etc. 5 minute drive to Griffith Park, Barnsdall Art Park, and Vermont Canyon Tennis Courts.

About Us

Mid twenties early thirties creative / healthcare folks. It's been 2 girls and one dude (Jed, who is moving out and will respond to messages here.) We spend our free time hiking, playing tennis, reading, mediating, going out to eat, and watching sunsets at Barnsdall Art Park (IYKYK.) Sometimes we go out to the bars, but it's very, very uncommon we bring the party back. We do like having friends over for family dinners, movie / game night, BBQ, etc occasionally.

We’re respectful, responsible and clean. The photos of common areas accurately depict the level of cleanliness and order we enjoy. In the kitchen we put dirty dishes directly in the dishwasher. It’s important you have good habits like rinsing out the sink, cleaning up the stove after you use it, etc. Basically cleaning up after ourselves right away and leaving it looking great for the next person. We all chip in to take out the trash, unload the dishwasher, etc. Having said that, you are more than welcome to spend time cooking / chilling / working in the common areas anytime.
