The primary bedroom is available for 3 months, long or short stays welcome. Room comes fully furnished with bed, side table, lounge chair, mirror, and trunks for storage, along with a large closet. Looking for a quiet, easy-going and conscientious subletter.

The best location, walking distance to Silver Lake Reservoir and Sunset Blvd, but super quiet and peaceful. House has a very zen-like and relaxing vibe.
