The Apartment:
The bedroom is cozy, with beautiful natural light, a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and a walk-in closet. Linens, duvet, and towels are all provided if needed.

The living room is bright and inviting, with sweeping views of Downtown Brooklyn from the fifth floor (note: walk-up). A Roku TV, and a desk (in the living room) are included.

- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes
- Basic supplies: cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.

Lease Terms:
- I'm looking for someone that can stay the whole period but open to short term rentals as well. Flexible but the longer the better.
- Utilities not included but are typically under $150.

- 15 min to the B/N/Q/R/W (Dekalb)

The Neighborhood (Amazing location):
The apartment is at the heart of Fort Greene, one of Brooklyn’s most loved neighborhoods—walkable, friendly, and full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Saturday farmer’s market at Fort Greene Park is just three blocks away, and you'll also find grocery stores, laundromats, and all essentials close by.
