There is a possibility to extend the lease for 6 months further (until February 1st 2027).
It’s on the first floor (no elevator) is 700sq ft., on a quiet street and perfect for 1 person or a couple, in Greenpoint near McGolrick park.
$3000 a month everything included. Landlord lives in the building and the tenants need to respect the quiet space.
The apt is not pet friendly.
