Located two blocks from express stop on Q, B lines. Ten-minute walk from bars & restaurants on Cortelyou Road. A few blocks from Prospect Park for jogging, biking, tennis, etc. B35 bus is nearby and connects to Sunset Park.

Rent is $1250/month, inclusive of utilities (water, electricity, gas, and wi-fi). Additional monthly fee for use of air conditioner.

There are two other tenants in the house on the third floor.
