I’m looking for a respectful and easygoing roommate to share my lovely 2-bedroom apartment. The room available is fully furnished and spacious — in fact, it’s the larger of the two rooms.

About the Room:
Fully furnished, including a daybed (chosen to maximize space)

Plenty of storage: large dresser, closet, and under-bed storage

Please note: the window faces an interior hallway, so it receives very limited natural light, perfect for someone who values privacy or doesn’t mind using lamps.

I’ve only recently moved in and am still adding finishing touches like art and lighting, but the space is cozy and functional

Clean and well-maintained — I’ve seen no pests in the three months I’ve lived here, which is something I care a lot about.

I'm the only other person living here, so it’s just the two of us

I’m quiet, friendly, and care deeply about keeping the space peaceful and clean

I share a dog with my ex-husband, so he’s here part-time. He’s incredibly sweet, fully trained, and has never had an accident indoors. That said, you must be truly dog-friendly — he loves people and attention!
