The room is spacious and fully furnished with modern furniture and has a full bathroom attached to it as well. I am searching for a sublet for December 15th or January 1st for several months or longer if it seems like a great fit.

The furnished room also has ample closet space. The living room/ kitchen is very large, has modern appliances, and is connected to a large deck off that overlooks Marcus Garvey Park. The apartment is very close to the 2,3,4,5 express and 6 trains which makes commuting around the city ideal. There is a Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS, and a ton of restaurants and businesses all within a block away. It's also only a 20 min walk to Central Park.
